About Jill

“Today’s baby boomer women are ready to take stock of what they have accomplished, recognize where they are now and work towards what they want for themselves in the future” says TimeFinders founder, Jill Crossland. Her clients are women over forty, busy, asking questions and looking for something. Jill assists them through in-office or telephone consultations, email follow-ups and a web site that provides up-to-date and pertinent information and resources.

Born in Nottingham, England; Jill lived in many countries before settling in Canada. Her first job was as assistant to an Antique Dealer in Toronto’s Yorkville area, from there she went on to obtain a Degreee in Business Administration.

Whether volunteering in women’s shelters, teaching English in South Korea or co-ordinating training programs that enable women to progress from receiving welfare to re-entering the workforce; Jill’s career path and volunteer work reflect her commitment to helping women ….. “There is no such thing as a small goal; if it is what a woman wants at a certain point in her life then it is big and important”.

Other career highlights included Assistant to an MLA with portfolio and Large Event Planner. Putting to use her strong business, organizing and training skills Jill started TimeFinders: A Professional Organizing Company, that specializes in Goal Setting and Time Management. The company has since expanded to provide Life and Career Coaching to meet the growing needs of her clients. Jill is currently working towards her Certification as a Life Coach. She is a member of Coachville and the International Association of Coaches.

Jill’s other passion is animals. She loves to spend time with her two dogs. Duke, the Chocolate Lab is a rescue dog and a “work in progress”. FAQ’s

What is coaching?
It is not therapy; coaches do not delve into the past and we don’t analyze.
Coaching is about forming a partnership with the client to help you achieve a better life.

Who is your clientele?
Women in mid-life; usually in their forties. That is a time when women are going through one or all of the Three R’s: Reassessing, Redefining and Reinventing.

How do you help?
As a Coach you listen, support, motivate, ask questions and strategize. We work with you to identify the area of your life that you want to work on and the steps needed to reach that point and then we focus on the process of achieving it.

What else does TimeFinders offer?
Consultations last about forty minutes and are held in my office or over the telephone. In between the sessions email support is provided. I also offer a ‘Personalized Resource Package’ compiled with the clients individual goals in mind.

Is all this expensive?
