Wake up world, we need Motivation!

It just blows my mind why people, especially schools and business today, don't believe that motivation is not part of our daily lives. Answer me this question. Why is it that a majority of the people watching television today listen to Oprah, Dr. Phil and many other famous people with a message that they can achieve anything if they put their minds to it and focus on the positive?

Yes, I am very frustrated because the power behind this teaching is so much needed in our daily lives. Just take a look around us, people are looking for an answer to questions that they themselves cannot solve. Self-esteem is a topic that needs to be addressed constantly, most importantly within the school system and running a business with yourself or employees. Delivered in the correct venue interaction with the audience, it is amazing what happens to an individual when they feel empowered, self-worth that they themselves CAN achieve any of their own personal goals.

I am speaking as woman running my own business. It just inspires me to hear other success stories that women have accomplished overcoming adversities not constantly whining (if you know what I mean) just moving on taking the information and applying it to the problem creating the solution and get busy living! Now just imagine if a woman, man or youth does not have a place where they can go and hear some positive feedback to apply to their own challenges - think about it my friends imagine the out come! Well take a look around us motivation is needed every single days in our lives! When our friends tell us hang in there, the sun is going to shine for you today, you're going to make it I ask you is that not motivation!!!! It is like the soothing inner voice validating in a presentation, pod cast or on television to your soul letting you know no matter what the circumstances or mountains you climb you are a WINNER now and for ALL WAY!
